We wanted to change the standard of baseball development in Knoxville, so we built Comp Park, a development turf field next to our 8,000 sq ft indoor training facility, with the idea that 1/2 lessons just aren't enough to maximize a player's potential.

Zane Chavez
Owner · Coach
Zane played JUCO, NAIA and D1 baseball before a 10+ year professional career. He played with the Baltimore Orioles, Pittsburgh Pirates, independent teams and clubs in Nicaragua, Puerto Rico, the Netherlands and Australia.
Chris Hatfield
Coach
Knoxville native Chris helped Farragut win two state championships and earned 2012 Conference Pitcher of the Year at Freed-Hardeman. He brings 10+ years of coaching experience, working with athletes from youth through professional baseball.
Trey Hall
Coach
Trey caught at Chattanooga State and Dyersburg State. An All Star in the Cornbelt league and Puerto Rico’s PRIBL, he was invited to the NECBL in 2017. He also umpires local tournaments.
José Torres
Coach
José played professionally from 2016 to 2021 in Argentina, the Dominican Republic and Venezuela. A shortstop and second baseman, he helps players develop fielding footwork, hand speed and agility.
